With a technical background as an engineer, Lacik was hired in 2019 to transform Pandora into a more modern company through their strategy called “Now” which looked to enhance eCommerce, grow online sales and set up a data driven approach. Today, the new strategy at Pandora is named “Phoenix” and has proven to increase the company’s organic growth among other things.

Peter Lodahl is a professor in quantum physics and technology at the Niels Bohr Institute. He is also a Director of the Danish National Research Foundation Center of Excellence Hybrid Quantum Networks (Hy-Q) and the Novo Nordisk Foundation center for Solid State Quantum Simulators. In 2016, he founded the company Sparrow Quantum where he works to commercialize quantum techology where they have achieved the world’s highest light-matter coupling efficiency.
