Visit Thylander, a real estate investment firm built differently

June 3rd, 2025, 18.00 - 20.00
Bredgade 40, 1260 Copenhagen K

Join us for a tour at Thylander real estate firm located in the centre of Copenhagen. They are looking to do things different and are looking for DTU students studying architectural engineering and software engineering to better assess future investments.

Perhaps your interests are in software, where Thylander is exploring how data can transform the way they evaluate and invest in properties. From integrating data pipelines to assess building performance, to leveraging location intelligence and financial modeling — they are building a smarter, tech-driven approach to real estate.

Perhaps your background is in architectural engineering, where Thylander values a strong understanding of construction processes. From managing project documentation in Dalux and coordinating with contractors and architects, to ensuring quality assurance and following up on-site progress — your expertise plays a key role in delivering well-executed building projects.

If you think it sounds interesting and would like to learn more, then apply to join us for an event at their office.

The evening will start with a walk to their new property at Kongens Nytorv, where Thylander has taken ownership of the old Danske Bank building. Director Rasmus Tøgern will take us inside for a talk about their plan for the project. Later you will meet current employees and senior management who will talk more about their day to day work and the vision they have. After the small presentations, free food is served with an opportunity to network with employees and other attendees.
